Missing features in new ImageViewerManager

Items are listed by priority (high to low):

  1. VectorData rendering
  2. Geographic link
  3. Correct the change scale handler interaction when two images are linked (in the model)
  4. Simple rendering dynamic adjustment by tuning the quantile
  5. Fine interactive dynamic adjustement on the histogram widget
  6. Profile visualization
  7. New Rendering Functions :
    1. Make available StandardRenderingFunction templated with other transfer function like exp, log, sqrt ... (Code already available in the lib)
    2. Make available a rendering function for color display of labeled images (to be developped)
  8. Automatic window arrangement
