What changes will be made and why they would make a better Orfeo ToolBox?
This is a proposal to extend the list of available indices that can be calculated using otbcli_RadiometricIndices specifically for Sentinel-2 derived indices.

When will those changes be available (target release or date)?
Probably not before release 6.2.
