Dear all,

By this email, I would like to cast a vote of the PSC to add Laurențiu Nicola as a new committer to OTB.

Laurentiu have already contributed some bugfixes and features to OTB in the past (related to large scale segmentation for instance) and he's recently submitted improvements of time profiling methods in OTB (see https://wiki.orfeo-toolbox.org/index.php/Request_for_changes-120:_Replacing_itk::TimeProbe)

I think that it's expertise in C++ will be a create help for the project.
