*** Check OTB quickstart documentation to see if it explains clearly how to install extra packages to develop and use C++ API

*** See if it's possible to improve automation the generation of OTB-Applications wrappers in QGIS processing (need to generate XML files from the ApplicationEngine API)
*** Document OTB access through QGIS in OTB website (otb/qgis compatibility) and also in OTB documentation (cookbook)
*** See how to integrate version checking of OTB in QGIS processing (see discussion in PR https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/2251 and on otb-developers mailing list). Need to parse output of 'otbcli_XXX -version'. Note that there are ongoing work in qgis master tree by olaya regarding otb version detection: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/864e1921e6e4e6b4d99d50122c772c530c4478a4
*** Add a way to test this integration on the OTB dashboard. We're hosting submissions from QGIS project so it should not be so difficult to add dedicated test for this (http://dash.orfeo-toolbox.org/)
